Instructions

  1. The broccoli is washed, cut into small florets and steamed.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare a light sauce (like bechamel) from a little flour, butter, the cream and the broth and add a chopped clove of garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper, simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cooked broccoli to the sauce.
  3. In addition, you simply cook a packet of pasta (I prefer spelled pasta) al dente. Serve the pasta with the sauce and add some grated Parmesan.
  4. If you like, you can also add a small piece of Gorgonzola to the sauce, then it will be spicier.
