Put on pasta water. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. As soon as the pasta is in the water, heat the oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices. Mix the vegetable stock with the cream and the water in a cup, add to the pan and heat. Stir the flour until it thickens until smooth and add. Sprinkle cheese on top and stir in (the amount can vary here). If necessary, dilute with a little milk.
