Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, put the processed cheese in a small saucepan and let it melt over medium heat (Caution: always stir well, as the cheese burns quickly in the saucepan).
When the cheese is liquid, add the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then season the sauce with nutmeg and the salad herbs. Let simmer for another 2 minutes.
