Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- Blanch the cleaned beans in boiling salted water for approx. 5 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
- Peel and finely dice 2 shallots.
- Cut 100g bacon into strips. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Slowly fry strips of bacon in a pan over medium heat. Add shallots and fry as well.
- Add the beans and sauté. Pour creme fraiche and stock into the pan and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, sugar and pepper.
- Finally add cherry tomatoes and pasta and mix.
- Serve on preheated plates.
