Instructions

  1. Put on a saucepan with hot water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast fillets into small cubes. Drain the peaches (be careful: keep the juice, you will need it later). Finely cut the peach halves. Enough for me 5. But if you like, you can take all of them.
  2. As soon as the water boils, add salt and penne / pasta. While the pasta is cooking, fry the chicken cubes in a saucepan without fat if possible. Add chopped peaches and deglaze with white wine. Then add the cup of cream. Swing out the leftover cream in the beaker with a little water and add it as well. Season to taste with soup and curry powder. Curry powder is about 2 teaspoons necessary if the sauce is to get a light yellow color.
  3. Finally, season with pepper, paprika powder, nutmeg, thyme and peach juice until it matches your personal taste. Mix everything well again.
  4. As a rule of thumb, as soon as the pasta is cooked firm to the bite, the sauce is ready and everything is ready to serve.
