Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Fry the onion in a pan and add the peas. When the peas are no longer hard, add the mushrooms and ham and continue to fry.
Finally add the cream and season with the stock cube, pepper and nutmeg. Mix for approx. 3 - 4 minutes, bring to the boil and the sauce is ready. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce - easy and delicious.
