Clean and chop broccoli and cook for about 15 minutes (depending on taste). Cook the pasta with salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
In the meantime, cut the cooked ham into small pieces, peel the garlic cloves and grate the parmesan.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan and fry the cooked ham lightly, press the garlic cloves through a garlic press and add, stir in briefly, but they should not turn brown. Then fill up with the cream and bring to the boil briefly, add the parmesan and stir in. When the parmesan has dissolved, the sauce is ready. Do not cook the cream too long, otherwise it will flocculate. The addition of salt is not necessary, the sauce is salty enough thanks to the ham.
Put the finished sauce with the broccoli on top of the pasta.
