Peel, wash and cut the carrots into small cubes. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, add the carrots after 5 minutes.
Peel and dice the onions, clean the leek and cut into small rings. Heat the oil, fry the minced meat vigorously and season well. Sauté the onions and leeks in it, sweat the curry powder with the cream and deglaze 1/8 liter of water. Stir in the broth and bring to the boil.
Drain the pasta and add to the minced meat with the carrots. Mix everything well with the sauce.
