Clean the spinach leaves, remove thick / long stalks if necessary and cut roughly.
Fry the mince with the onions and garlic. Then add the spinach and sauté (lid on the pan). When the spinach is almost done, add the processed cheese, milk, cream and stock.
Season with salt and pepper and you have a delicious, creamy pasta sauce that will not only appeal to spinach lovers.
Tip:
I`ve also swapped the amount of spinach and mince - it`s the men`s version.
