Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the spinach and cut into strips. Scald the tomatoes, peel them and cut the pulp into cubes.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into cubes, cut the ham into strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and add one after the other diced onions, sliced ham and diced tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
  4. For the thyme sauce, melt the butter, add the thyme, stir in the meat and vegetable stock and cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, drain al dente and mix with the ham sauce.
  6. Spread the thyme sauce on the bottom of the serving plate and arrange the pasta on top. Garnish with raw spinach strips and grated Parmesan.
