Cook the pasta in salted water. Cut the ham into small cubes. Fry in a little oil or butter. Add the herbs. Gradually add the ground hazelnuts and roast a little while stirring constantly.
Then pour in the cream very slowly and also stirring constantly. Let it simmer briefly (very low flame) and keep stirring as it burns slightly because of the hazelnuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Depending on how you want the consistency of the sauce, you either use more ground hazelnuts or more cream (or milk). Drain the pasta, drain and serve with the sauce.
