Put on the pasta water and when it boils add 2.5 teaspoons of salt to the water. Cook the pasta in it until al dente and drain. Mix the herbal quark and a good splash of lemon juice with the noodles.
This dish is very easy and quick to prepare and good for hot days, as the quark cools the noodles quickly. If you want to lose weight, you can of course buy a light version of the quark or just make it yourself.
