Instructions

  1. First cook the pasta in lightly salted water and then let it dry for at least 1/2 hour.
  2. Cut the meat sausage into small cubes.
  3. Then take a large pan and brush the bottom with a little oil. First place the meat sausage cubes in the pan and then pour the noodle over it. Fry everything for about 30 minutes. Turn over and over again in between and make sure that the pasta is crispy but not too dark.
  4. For the sauce, put tomato paste, ketchup, spiced ketchup, stock powder and curry in a small saucepan. Mix everything well and add water. The amount of water can be reduced or increased as desired. Depending on how firm you want the sauce to be.
  5. Bring the sauce to the boil briefly and serve with the freshly fried noodles.
  6. A simple dish, even for children. A cucumber salad tastes very good with it!
