Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Also wash the mushrooms and either quarter or slice.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a medium-sized saucepan with a little olive oil until crumbly. Stir the tomato paste into the minced meat and fry briefly. Now add the cherry tomatoes and stir into the minced meat. Steam with the lid closed for 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in plenty of salted water.
  4. Add the mushrooms, turn the temperature down and continue frying until the mushrooms have shrunk significantly. Season with a little salt and pepper and the marjoram. Add the chopped tomatoes and crumble the shepherd`s cheese on top. Simmer half closed on medium heat until the cheese has melted and the sauce has reached the desired consistency. Stir every now and then.
  5. Now turn off the stove and gradually add the rocket to the pan and stir in.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve with the pasta and sprinkle with parmesan if you like.
