Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and fry in a pan with olive oil until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Wash the vegetables and cut into cubes, add to the minced meat. Add the garlic pressed through. Season everything properly with salt and pepper and deglaze with the tomatoes and water. Let simmer for about 25 minutes over medium heat. Then thicken with tomato paste, sprinkle with the herbs and let simmer until the pasta is al dente.
