Instructions

  1. For the sauce, peel the onion and cut into cubes. Then fry in a little oil in a small saucepan or high pan until translucent. Cut the ham into strips and add them. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and add them 5 minutes later. Pour the cream over it and bring to the boil. Add the peas and wait until they are thawed. Grate the cheese and add half of it to the sauce. Bring to the boil briefly and season with the spices as required.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet and then pour it off. Serve with the sauce and the rest of the cheese.
