Add plenty of salt to the water for the pasta in a suitable saucepan and prepare according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, cut the garlic and onion into small, fine cubes. Quarter the mushrooms and finely chop the parsley.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the garlic, onion and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Then add the goat cream cheese and fry for another 2 minutes. Deglaze the ingredients with the cooking cream and simmer briefly on a medium heat. Finally add the Worcestershire sauce and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and serve with the mushroom sauce.
