Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small pan and add the pasta. Stir a few times and add boiling water. Season and finish cooking. If necessary, add a little more water.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil in another pan. Fry the onion cubes until light golden yellow while stirring constantly. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Add the apple cubes to the onion and fry together. Add the crème fraiche and cook for a few minutes. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil and simmer slowly for another 5 minutes. Dissolve the starch in 25 ml of water, add to the pan, mix and bring to a boil.
  3. Finely grate the feta, add to the sauce and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Mix the pasta with the sauce and place on the plate. Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
