First, the mushrooms coarsely chop and hot water approx. 1 - 2 hours to soak. Keep the water then, as it still contains the taste of mushrooms.
Then dripped for the fungi enter into the cream and place on the stove. Now all that is until the cream is reduced by half as long to cook. Now add a cup of the mushroom water and reduce again. The whole season only with salt and pour over the cooked pasta.
Finally, fresh grated Parmesan cheese over the pass (no pre-grated!).
This is a wonderfully simple recipe that has always very good arrived with my guests. It is tasty, but also goes directly to the hips.
