Clean and dice the carrot. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sauté the carrot cubes in it, then add the stock and let it boil down a little. Add the spring onions, processed cheese and sour cream and bring to the boil again. Then add the finely chopped smoked salmon and heat it up.
Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Then serve with freshly ground pepper.
