Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, wash the Hokkaido pumpkin thoroughly, quarter it and remove the seeds. Cut the pumpkin and its skin into small pieces. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic.
Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add the onions and garlic and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and a little thyme.
Add the pumpkin and fry briefly while turning. Add the tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
If necessary, season again with salt and pepper and serve with the pasta. If you like, you can sprinkle the whole thing with parmesan.
