Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Cook the pasta and after about 4 minutes add the broccoli. Fry the (frozen) salmon in the fat on both sides, remove from the pan and keep warm.
Deglaze the frying fat with milk and a little water (or fish stock or white wine). Bring to the boil and season with lemon juice and soup powder, salt and pepper. Steam the salmon in it and then carefully cut into pieces. Season again and fold in the noodle broccoli.
