Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Add the peppers and spring onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Take everything off the stove.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and return to the pot.
  3. Put the peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, and broth in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium heat while stirring. Add the vegetables, meat and pasta and mix.
