Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Add the peppers and spring onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Take everything off the stove.
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and return to the pot.
Put the peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, and broth in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium heat while stirring. Add the vegetables, meat and pasta and mix.
Tip: The dish can also be prepared very well as a vegetarian variant without chicken. Then just take more vegetables!
