Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. They can be a little softer than usual. Drain the pasta in a colander.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the shallots, peel the coarse sausages and cut into pieces the size of a small finger. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a large saucepan (you can use the pasta pot). Steam shallots in it until translucent. add the sausage and fry with it. Season with a lot of pepper and a little salt. When the sausages are half-seared, add the mushrooms and fry them. When the sausages are brown, reduce the heat and deglaze with the white wine. Add the sour cream, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, add the sun-dried tomatoes and simmer for about 7 minutes over a low heat. Finally add the cooked pasta and mix everything well. The soft noodles absorb the liquid well so that everything is seared again.
  4. A mixed salad goes well with it.
