Roast the bacon in a pan until crispy without adding any fat. Then add olive oil, onions and garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze with white wine. Add the cream and the crumbled sheep`s cheese to the pan. Now make the components known to one another homogeneously while stirring constantly. Season with chilli, salt and pepper.
Lift the cooked pasta into the now creamy sauce and let it get hot. Finally mix the turmeric into the pasta. Pour the honey over it, fold in briefly and serve sprinkled with herbs.
