Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual, drain and set aside. In the meantime, finely chop the onion, garlic and paprika, and roughly dice the tomatoes and sheep`s cheese.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions with the garlic and pepper pieces. It shouldn`t turn brown, but stay a little crunchy. Add the sambal oelek and stir briefly.
  3. Add the pasta, tomatoes and feta cheese, mix everything well and let it warm up. Season to taste with pepper, salt and herbs. The best thing to do is to add a good dash of olive oil so that it is not dry.
  4. I just like the pasta with a salad. As a main course it is enough for about 3 as a side dish for 4 people.
