Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes with the sheep`s cheese.
  2. Steam the onion and garlic in the heated olive oil until translucent. Add the zucchini to the onion and garlic cubes and sauté briefly. Then add the tomato cubes and bring to the boil.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Finally add the sheep`s cheese to the sauce, season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil again briefly. Add fresh basil.
  5. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve.
