Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain through a sieve.
In the meantime, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in it. As soon as it begins to take on color, deglaze with the cream or milk. Clean the spinach leaves, cut into small pieces and add. Season everything well with nutmeg, pepper and salt and simmer for about 8 minutes. If the mixture becomes too firm, add a little more cream, milk or water (however, there should not be so much liquid in the pot, otherwise the pasta will become watery). Then mix the cooked pasta with the sauce. Finally, the salmon is cut into small pieces and folded in.
Do not let it boil anymore, serve immediately. The salmon should only be heated slightly, otherwise it will lose its taste.
