Cut ham, bell pepper and onion into cubes, flaky mushrooms.
Put the oil in a pan, first fry the onion cubes and the pepper pieces, then add the brunch cheese and let it flow into a creamy sauce. Stir the ham and mushrooms into the sauce as well. Stir in tomato paste and paprika. Salt and pepper are actually not necessary, as the brunch adds the spice. Simmer on low heat for about five minutes.
In the meantime, cook the noodles al dente, drain and fold in.
