Cook the clam noodles in salted water. In the meantime, clean the spinach (wash and remove stems) and place in a saucepan. Add a little water so that the bottom is just covered. Steam the spinach with the lid closed until it has collapsed. Then take it out and let it drain. Then e.g., cut small with the chopping knife.
In the same saucepan, heat the olive oil and lightly fry the spinach, then add the quartered cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Heat the whole thing for about 3 minutes, but not so long that the tomatoes crumble! Place the pasta and the spinach-tomato mixture on plates, add the parmesan and serve.
The shell noodles are very good in this dish because of their shape, as they absorb the spinach and tomatoes well and so everything combines well.
