Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, skim off some of the pasta water and set aside.
  2. Finely dice the onion and the clove of garlic, cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.
  3. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the onion and garlic and fry until the onions are translucent. Then add the dried tomatoes and, if necessary, add a little oil from the tomatoes to the pan. Put the spinach in the pan and let it thaw at a low temperature. Then add the pasta water and cream cheese to the remaining ingredients in the pan and mix well. Season everything with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  4. Mix everything with the pasta.

  6. Put the dish in a dish as a casserole, then bake it with mozzarella.
  7. Mix crumbled feta cheese into the sauce.
  8. Omit the dried tomatoes / garlic cloves.
  9. Prepare as a vegetarian variant without minced meat.
