Score the tomatoes crosswise, pour boiling water over them and then peel them. Peel, halve and core the cucumber, cut into half or quarter rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Core and finely dice the chilli pepper.
Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a pan. Steam the onion in it until translucent. Add the tomatoes and cucumber and sauté briefly. Add the brunch and let the sauce simmer gently. Add the chilli pepper and tomato paste and season as needed.
