Cut the onion and sausage into cubes and fry in a saucepan or large pan in 1 part olive oil and 1 part butter. Fold in the tomato paste and let it roast briefly. Then deglaze with the strained and chunky tomatoes and mix everything well. Press, grate or chop the garlic cloves as you like and add. If you don`t want that much garlic, you can just use 1 toe. Season to taste and season with oregano and basil. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and serve with the sauce.
