Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and sauté in a little oil in a large pan. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into pieces and add them to the pan. Add the defrosted spinach. When it is thawed, season everything with salt and pepper and reduce a little. Deglaze with the coconut milk and add the vegetable stock. Stir in the tomato paste. Bring everything to a boil, add the pasta and cook until the desired firmness is reached. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chilli flakes.
