Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Halve or quarter the tomatoes and place in a serving bowl. Add salt, pepper, oil, garlic, rosemary and half of the basil. Drain the pasta and add to the prepared ingredients with a small amount of cooking water. Fold in the goat cheese in small pieces and mix until the cheese has melted and a creamy sauce is formed.
