Cover the bottom of a large pan well with olive oil, heat it and fry the halved cloves of garlic until translucent.
Dice or halve tomatoes, sheep cheese and olives.
Drain the pasta and add to the pan, stir and add all the other ingredients, mix and season to taste. Let it steep briefly so that all the ingredients are warmed up.
Tip: You can vary the recipe and use seafood instead of the sheep`s cheese and olives. They have to be fried together with the garlic.
