Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with a little salt and oil according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, halve the zucchini and cut off half circles. Ring the leek. Put the oil in a saucepan and fry everything in it over a medium flame, cover the saucepan. Dice the onion and garlic and after about 10 minutes of cooking, add the zucchini to the saucepan.
  3. Open the tuna can, drain the oil or water and add to the pan with the zucchini. After the onions have turned translucent, top up with the strained tomatoes. Bring to the boil and season with oregano, thyme, sugar, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Strain the pasta. Serve in deep plates.
