Finely dice the shallot, garlic and chilli pepper and sauté in olive oil. Stir in the chopped parsley and sauté briefly. Add the canned tomatoes and simmer on a low heat.
Drain the tuna and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Just before the noodles are ready, add the tuna, king prawns and crayfish to the sauce. Heat only briefly and then put the sauce aside, season with salt and pepper and add some cream if necessary.
