Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are firm to the bite.
Meanwhile, peel and quarter the onions and cut into thin strips. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and sauté the onions with sugar. Add the pizza tomatoes, tomato puree and tomato paste. Season to taste with the spices and oregano. Add the drained tuna and cut a little. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Now you can either mix the drained pasta with the sauce or pour the tuna sauce over the pasta at the table. Serve the rocket and pour fresh over the pasta dish.
