Bring the pasta water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet until al dente and drain.
In the meantime, cut the vegetables into cubes. Fry the onion in a pan. Add the rest of the vegetables and fry for a few minutes. Pour the chopped tomatoes over the vegetables and simmer for a few minutes. Season with fresh garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Add the cooked noodles to the sauce, mix briefly and serve.
