Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into cubes and soak in the cream.
  2. Roughly chop walnuts and roast them without oil. Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Wash the lemon, rub the peel, then squeeze. Chop the garlic, pluck the basil leaves
  3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, cook the broccoli for the last 5 minutes.
  4. Chop nuts (save 1 teaspoon), basil, garlic, soaked white bread, parmesan, oil in a blender (pesto consistency).
  5. Season the pesto with salt, pepper and lemon juice
  6. Drain the pasta and broccoli and return them to the saucepan, carefully stirring in the pesto.
  7. Arrange on plates, season with freshly ground pepper, pour lemon zest and the remaining walnuts on top.
