Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water. In the meantime, fry the minced meat in olive oil until crumbly. Add the onion and garlic and fry on low until the onions are a nice golden color.
  2. Season well with salt, pepper and paprika. Crumble the sheep`s cheese into the pan, stir. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the yogurt. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
