Cut the zucchini, jerky meat and onions into cubes. Cook the pasta. When the jerky meat or ham is lean, put a little olive oil in a saucepan, add the jerky meat and onions and fry briefly. Then add the zucchini and fry for about 5-7 minutes. Mix the cooked zucchini with the pasta, add the basil, sour cream and parmesan, season with salt and pepper. In the original recipe, crème fraiche is used instead of sour cream, I use sour cream because of the lower fat content and it tastes just as good.
For me, a classic summer zucchini time meal that goes quickly and is also very much loved by my children.
