Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, heat the fat in a pan and fry the diced onion and garlic in it. Wash and clean the zucchini and carrots and also cut into small pieces. Add to the pan and fry briefly. Add a little water and the stock and cook covered for a few minutes over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked through. Stir in the crème fraiche and season with pepper. Serve with the pasta.
