Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water with oil until al dente.
  2. For the sauce, clean, wash and dice the zucchini. Peel the onion and garlic, also dice. Cut the ham into small strips. Heat the oil and lightly sauté the zucchini, onion and garlic cubes. Add the ham, fry lightly. Add the spices, cream and crème fraiche and cook for about 10 minutes. To taste. Drain the pasta, drain well and pour the sauce on top.
  3. If desired, sprinkle the dish with freshly grated parmesan.
