Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Rinse the zucchini and cut into slices. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add onion, zucchini, thyme and lemon zest and sauté briefly. Pour 250 ml of water and stir in the meat stock. Season with salt and pepper. Cover everything and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the sauce thickener and simmer for 1 minute while stirring.
  2. Add the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions until al dente. Finally, drain the pasta, drain well and serve with the sauce.
