Instructions

  1. First, add water with a little salt for the pasta. When the water boils, cook the spaghetti or tagliatelle al dente.
  2. In the meantime, put a pan with a little oil on it. Wash the zucchini, cut into cubes and add to the pan.
  3. Wash and cut the spring onions and add to the fried zucchini with the pine nuts. Briefly sauté. Then add the cheese and the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with a little pepper (salt to taste, the cheese is seasoning enough) and fresh herbs and serve with the pasta.
  4. Tip: If you are in the mood for meat, you can also add something sliced turkey.
