Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and cut them crosswise, briefly put them in boiling water and then rinse with cold water. Peel and core the tomatoes and cut into pieces that are not too small. Wash the zucchini, dry them and cut into sticks. Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan (or saucepan) and sauté the onion and garlic cubes in it. Add zucchini sticks and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and thyme as required.
  4. Add the cream and tomato pieces and bring everything to a boil. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add. Warm up in the sauce and let it melt.
  5. You can now serve the noodles with the sauce or mix them with the sauce (I always do it, then the noodles absorb the sauce better).
  6. Tip: If you like, you can season the sauce with a good dash of white wine, which is also very tasty.
