Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, roast the spring onions and zucchini in olive oil (truffle flavor). Mix in the shrimp and herbs from Provence. Mix in the salt, pepper and a beaker of crème frâiche. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve garnished with fresh herbs if necessary.
