Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Cut the tomatoes, zucchini and feta cheese into small pieces. Put the tomatoes and zucchini in the pan with olive oil and fry them.
  2. Then add some vegetable stock and season with salt, pepper and basil. Then add the tomato paste. If the sauce is too runny, thicken it with a little sauce thickener.
  3. Finally, pour the feta cheese over it and let it steep briefly. Drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce.
